Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, food items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The incorrect item was delivered

  • Your order arrived damaged due to courier handling

  • There is a proven fault with the product

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Slight variations in appearance due to handmade nature

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once an order is in preparation or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
